A. Every shipment includes certain spare parts that are ready for customers, in order to prevent after-sales problems from causing stock-outs.

B. After the product is shipped, regular mail / telephone contact is made to collect feedback on a product’s quality and service, such as overall ratings, after-sales challenges, as well as analysis and summarization of the reasons for returning defective products.

C. Our quality control personnel discuss and analyze post-prevention measures (process improvement / packaging improvement / SOP change, etc.) with the supply chain personnel so that a pre-quality control check is performed for the next order.


Pricing

Charging method: How do we charge? We charge a service fee from 3% to 10% based on the entire purchase value. The percentage will be adjusted according to the overall order quantity, complexity, and order completion cycle.
